JaroPack (Jiarong Packaging) is a professional eco-bag manufacturing company located in Zhejiang, China. We specialize in producing non-woven bags, woven bags, paper bags, sewn bags, canvas bags, and jute bags for B2B clients worldwide.

4 Order Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design for custom orders. Stock items may have different MOQ requirements.
Payment Terms
- • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- • 70% balance before shipment
- • Payment methods: T/T, L/C, or as agreed
Production & Delivery
- • Production time: 15-25 days after deposit
- • Sample time: 3-7 days
- • Delivery terms: FOB, CIF, or as agreed
5 Quality Assurance
All products are manufactured under strict quality control standards in accordance with our ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.

6 Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their designs, logos, and trademarks. JaroPack will not reproduce or use customer designs for other purposes without explicit permission.
Customers must ensure they have the right to use any designs, logos, or trademarks provided for manufacturing.
7 Limitation of Liability
JaroPack's liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products.
8 Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect customer privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of all business information, designs, and trade secrets.
Customer information is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9 Modifications to Terms
JaroPack reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
